Privacy

This notice describes the information practices of Mizpah, RaphaNova’s Global Health Intelligence Dashboard.

Information processed

Public pages display information from institutional and other identified sources. When an administrator signs in, authentication and session information is processed by the application’s authentication provider. Administrative actions and operational processing may be recorded to support security, review, and auditability. Do not submit personal or sensitive health information through this site.

Sources and automated processing

Mizpah retrieves and organizes source material, then uses deterministic software rules to classify, associate, and present signals and situations. These automated processes can make mistakes. Source links and attribution are provided where available; automated association is not a claim that a source independently confirms another source.

Editorial review and publication

Material that requires review is kept in administrative workflows and is not intended for public display until it passes the applicable publication controls. Published information may be corrected, updated, or removed as source material changes.

Retention and safeguards

Operational records may be retained for provenance, security, and audit purposes. Access to administrative information is restricted through authentication and authorization controls. No website can guarantee absolute security.

Information limitations

Mizpah is an informational intelligence dashboard, not a medical provider or emergency service. Information may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Do not rely on it as a substitute for professional medical advice or current official travel instructions.

Owner review required before public beta: confirm data-retention periods, applicable privacy law, user-request handling, and the appropriate privacy contact process.
